FAQ

New home questions

Do you build the whole house?

Yes, from site work to move-in.

Can you build with ICF walls?

Yes, above and below grade, when it suits the plan and budget. We price both ways honestly.

Can I bring my own plans?

Yes. Architect’s drawings, a plan to adapt, or a sketch.

What is the Build Book?

Our pre-construction process: planning, estimating, permitting and value engineering, before the first shovel.

How many homes have you built?

EcoCore is young and owner-run. A new build in Howell is shown step by step on this page.
